** ACN91 maps are for vehicles that fill up with 91 octane that in some places around the Globe can be of questionable quality and not up to 91 (95 RON) standards. Lower than 95 RON (US 91 octane) cannot be used.

*** bootmod3 OBD WiFi Adapter device is not required to use the bootmod3 platform. It is a convenient option that removes the need for using a laptop in the car when using bootmod3's features.

*** 2019+ models with November 2019 software require OBD unlock. If you have received a November 2019 or later software update contact support@protuningfreaks.com for details.
***Vehicles with production dates after June 2020 are currently not flashable.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Please make sure to contact us by email vicky.lan.xu@gmail.com at first.
The following items are non-returnable:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
