High strength kit designed for high power
(1) Piston Kit Piston weight:324g
- Made from highly heat-resistant A2628 alloy
- Machined for the ultimate lightweight
- Truss Structure for improved strength
- Double-layer MOLYBDEN coating reduce friction and improve initial fit-in
- Shorter piston pins decrease weight of bore
- φ22 piston pins increase flexural rigidity
- Weight is same as previous φ21 piston pins
(2) Crankshaft Stroke 77.7mm
- Machined full counter crankshaft
- Perfect balanced full counterweights for reducing impact on main journal bearings
- For a strong durability in highest power output, surface strength is increased by "Ion Nitriding" steel
(3) Connecting Rods
- H-beam machined by nickel chromium steel (SNCM)
- Compatible with φ22 piston pin
- Increase fatigue limit by WPC treatment
High-rigidity lightweight billet piston made from highly heat-resistant A2628 alloy
